I was always nervous to work with a trainer because I thought they would be judgmental, mean and too intense. Cynthia totally changed my perception! She is kind, encouraging, supportive and understanding. She is great at helping you make goals and pushing you to achieve them. I did 15 sessions with her and I'm in such better shape. She showed me tons of workouts (and importantly, how to do them safely and effectively), and gave me a workout plan for in-between sessions that I still use. She is badass and strong and shows us that the weight room isn't just for bros - it's for strong, healthy, empowered, fit women. Because of Cynthia, I actually want to go to the gym every day, work on my fitness and live a healthier lifestyle. Thank you, Cynthia!”

I have trained with Cynthia Dagenais for a year, and she is seriously incredible. She is so patient and taught me how to properly do exercises, use equipment, and set realistic goals. I am a little skeptical about trainers when I join new gyms, but I could not have been more wrong about Crunch and its staff. Cynthia was amazing from day one and I would not be nearly as strong or as in shape without her. She gave me the confidence to go to the gym on my own and made me passionate about fitness again. In addition to myself, my friends have noticed the changes in my body. She truly takes interests her clients and caters to their needs. She is also hilarious and a pleasure to work with.
